Just another real estate agent? Absolutely not. My name is Kristian, I'm born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and live in Alki with my wife and Australian Shepherd. I started my passion for real estate in my early 20s. I started out as a first time homebuyer and I was captivated by the buying process and renovating. I became an investor and landlord shortly thereafter and through that experience I decided to become a real estate broker and wanted to help others buy and sell as well. After a decade of being a real estate broker and helping clients throughout the Puget Sound area, I prioritize the details and pride myself on being attentive, compassionate, and a fierce negotiator, always putting my clients first.
